As part of our 350-member team, you might be engineering or even producing components for two of MFC's premier combat-proven missile systems: the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Weapon System and Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile. The Ocala Operations facility is a 393,000-square-foot system assembly and high-rate production site. As one of the largest employers in Marion County, 950 employees manufacture and assemble numerous Lockheed Martin products, including sensors for aircraft fire control systems, missile and vehicle electronic and cabling assemblies, and missile seeker and guidance sections. Located in the "Horse Capital of the World," Ocala has over 600 horse farms and a wealth of equestrian attractions.
